These five stars go to surgeon Dr Hansen. He is a wonderful person. We had reason to call after discharge and he was very kind, straightforward with communication, and helped us solve the issue.
Doctors and nurses were nice, I don't have much to say about them. However, whoever took my insurance really couldn't get it together. I gave them both my insurances when I arrived to my visit, and somehow they only got my secondary. I had to call them 5 or more times just to clarify and send my primary insurance. Not to mention, after I sent my primary insurance multiple times, they deleted my secondary off my chart. I finally figured out my insurance claims, and I saw them in March. Please get it together.
