Refurbishing bikes for a variety of empowering purposes: getting kids on bikes for the first time and teaching them the mechanical skills to maintain their rides through our free Earn-A-Bike program; giving bikes to the needy through our Goodwill program; teaching those interested in learning more about bike repair; and outfitting the community with inexpensive professionally-tuned bikes and parts to promote cycling in Salt Lake City.

I need to know where I can go to get laws on bike riding and are laws state wide or by municipality? being told I can't ride a trike in downtown SLC by officer..need to know what law is and says..Any help appreciated
