This place is really great. They donate bicycles to people who are in need, provide a safe space for learning for women, and they have inexpensive bikes, and used parts for bikes. 👍🏻👍🏻
The staff assisted and taught me how to remove bike chain and put my new one on, full my tires, only cost me $2.50 for the time there and use of tools...I’m going to take some Classes as well. Highly recommend
This place is amazing, and the staff are very friendly, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I feel back at home here since I had a bicycle collective that I frequented there. I feel like I have learned a lot coming here a few times, and I look forward to the continued improvement of my bicycle mechanic skills to help someone in need. Thanks, SLCBC!
Great place, great people, and a GREAT Tuesday ride to boot! :)
I dropped off 2 high quality but very dated mountain bikes that we don't use anymore, now that our kids are grown and out of the house, so they could be re-purposed. It felt good to know that the collective would be able to clean them up and sell them to someone that needed them or re-use the parts for repairs on other bikes. I really felt good about leaving them here!
We bought 2 mountain bikes from the Collective in July. The staff and volunteers were friendly and super helpful! We will buy from and donate to the Collective again soon!
