Friendly, knowledgeable service and absolutely gorgeous facilities.

Loved my massage by Jennifer� I also tried the infrared sauna and will be returning for more of those as well as more massage sessions �
After 3 red light treatments I am noticing a better complexion on my face and my psoriasis is improving.... Something medicines haven't changed for me.
I plan on going back to try the red light therapy

The service here is excellent. The receptionist was super friendly and was very knowledgeable about all of the services and the benefits of each room. I had a MRT Massage with Sue and she was incredible. She really listened to my complaints and had copious amounts of information about wait was ailing me and how to fix it. It was a relaxing yet invigorating massage.My joints feel less stiff and my muscles are less tense just after one massage. I will definitely be back!
