Very pleasant first experience. The Salt Den is welcoming, clean & the perfect way to just relax & breathe. I, like many suffer from year-round allergies & sinus issues. After just 10 min. in the Salt Cave I could feel my sinuses opening up & felt lighter as my head always feels heavy & stuffy. I will definitely be back.
My sister and i went early in June . LOVED it ! We both had issues with post nasal drip and dry cough from allergies.My sister also had eczema. After the session which was very relaxing, we both were amazed how well we could breath. I have not needed my nasal spray or cough drops since the session. My sister 's eczema was cleared from her foot and she too was not needing her nasal spray. We are going for a second session just because it was relaxing and better than nasal spray!
The Salt Den was a beautiful and tranquil experience for me! I had the best meditation while there. I will be making trips often to this peaceful place! I highly recommend it to everyone!!
I absolutely love it here. The staff are so informative about the services. I have tried red light therapy and it's so relaxing. I cannot wait to try some of the other services as well. The Salt Den is astonishing and so peaceful to be in. <3
Love alternative treatments so I tried the salt den and red light therapy. I can't wait to come back again. The staff was great and the place is immaculate. Check it out! You will leave relaxed and rejuvenated, and you will be benefit from the treatment so it's a win-win.
It was very relaxing in the salt den. I had a bit of a headache when I left but this is a good thing; toxins were being stirred up!
So happy this new business opened in Latham! Had the opportunity to go there for a meditation. Being inside the salt room was a tranquil experience. The zero gravity chairs are comfortable and the floor is even covered in the pink Himalayan salt. - loved it.
