My girlfriend and I just received the most amazing massages. The therapist were caring and knowledgeable and the owner Bob provided us with a tour and gave us time to relax in the salt den. This is a must stop location.

Visited the Salt Den today. I worked my way from the Den, to a massage, to the red light bed to the infrared sauna. What a wonderful treat. The staff was helpful, the massage therapist was amazing and I loved it. The facility is clean and the Salt Den is the awesome!! Can't wait to go back! What a treat for the capital district!
I went in hopeful but skeptical and feeling just terrible with the lingering effects of a recent cold. Within a few minutes of the 50 minute session I was able to breathe in more deeply. I will be visiting again.
So happy that the Capital District FINALLY has a Salt Den! It's a place of authentic rejuvenation and relaxation. Non-evasive, drug-free, and truly restorative!! I'll be back!
