RecommendedFor my very 1st experience at The Salt Den, I chose the Immune Booster Package (7 sessions in 7 consecutive days). WOW...I cannot say enough great things about this relaxing cave filled with Himalayan Salt‼️ It is beautiful in there! And so healing!! I can breath better and a lot of my aches & pains are gone. I feel clear, relaxed, refreshed & rejuvenated. It feels like I just spent a month on the beach. I highly recommend trying a Halotherapy Session‼️ I will be returning again...probably many times 😊 I give it 10 stars 💚
I had an incredible first time experience here at The Salt Den! Lovely little jem, and super accessible!!! If you're someone who enjoys the benefits of relaxation in sooo many forms, I encourage you to check this place out. They offer lots of other services and amenities as well, and the ambiance is just so enchanting. I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness and the well thought out design of this facility, and I cannot wait to go back again!!

I went to the Salt Den for the first time on Saturday I got a 1-hour massage the Salt Cave and the red light skin therapy all three were phenomenal I will be going back again I already set my next two appointments truly relaxing well worth it
Relaxing atmosphere, attentive staff, and a gift shop filled with lots salt products only ten minutes from Albany makes this one of my favorite destinations!
I had a wonderful experience tonight and reccomend this to anyone that is feeling stressed. This was awesome and I will definitely go again. Felt like a million bucks when I left. Thank you to the owner and the girls for being so nice and helpful. You guys rock!!!
