Went in for brunch today. My credit card was charged $97 more than the actual bill. I caught it before signing. The server brought the new receipt, told us one charge wouldn’t go through. Never acknowledged the mistake and never apologized. Want to believe this was an honest mistake but her attitude made us think otherwise.

Servers are always rude here, maybe because I look young and they think I don’t have money or because the white people next to us were more important. I’ve been here twice in 2 years, and both times I had terrible service. We came back for their progressive happy hour but I can’t stand having to always wait for our server to be finished talking to other tables even when we had our hand up first or made eye contact first. Cozy upscale restaurant in downtown Edmonds offering high quality seafood and steaks. Amazing oysters on the half shell!
So lucky to live and love all Schubert’s wonderful restaurants!!
The flat iron steak with bleu cheese = amazing, if not a bleu cheese fan the chimichurri was also delicious. And we planned to take home the left over brussel sprouts and risotto but ended up finishing everything it was so good.
The best ... I will never miss an opportunity to dine in and show off this place ❤️
