I bought a locker from Salsbury industry with Resettable Combination Locks. Their locks are nightmare. The locks have been broken (total 9 locks) and most of locks are broken within 1 year and their customer service is not responding and not motivated to help us. Since they have really bad lock with high malfunction rate, I don't recommend to buy locker from Salsbury Indurstries. I am ordering a new locker today and will throw this locker as soon as we get the new delivery.
Great helpfully staff
I placed a $20,000 mailbox order for a construction development and received the wrong color due to miscommunication within their company. I confirmed the correct color multiple times, yet they still sent the wrong product. Now, instead of taking responsibility, they refuse to replace or refund the order.
