The owner of this location is a racist
45 minutes for fast food is ridiculous. I could sit down, order, eat, and pay at a regular Mexican restaurant. You have a major problem with your management and I will be taking my business to Moes!!!
Horrible service. Waited over an hour for food I had already paid for. Instructions were to call when you arrive at the restaurant. Staff would answer the phone and immediately hang it up.
We ordered online at 4:15 for pick up at 6. When we got there at 6 we were told our oder was being worked on. By 6:30 our order was still not ready. When I asked how long they thought it was going to take they said they didn't know. So we asked for a refund and left at 7 pm with no dinner for our family. Thanks for nothing Salsaritas. We will not be back!

I just moved to Knoxville and had never been to a Salsarita's before and the staff was incredibly helpful and kind, even offering to let me taste test some things if I wasn't sure I'd like them. On top of that the food was delicious and they don't charge extra for guacamole on your tacos or burritos like chipotle does. I will be coming again!
