Great Customer Service and Friendly
Staff was not friendly. Cashier was rude and not helpful. I asked for extra chips to go with my meal and she wanted to charge me 5.00 for 10 chips. Most Mexican restaurants are happy to give extra chips.
The staff was super friendly and the food was delicious! Much better than Chipotle by far and the burritos were actually wrapped perfectly!
Every time I come to this location my order is wrong.... but today my order was right but chips were hard and looked like something had spilled on them before she put them in the bag. Disappointed Not coming back
Salsarita’s Rivergate ~ AWFUL service. My first time, and probably last time at Salsarita’s. Mistakes happen. I get it. Bad customer service, I don’t get. Apologies are FREE! I ordered online, for curbside pickup at 4:15. When I called to say I was outside, she says do you want to come inside or have us bring it to your car? Today I accidentally placed an order incorrectly thru the app. I wanted to pick up at the New Garden location as it is closer to me. However I placed it for the High Point store. I called the High Point store to cancel to order and went ahead to the New Garden location to place a new order. When I arrived to the store I was met by Ashlyn.
