We tried to order for Cinco De Mayo only to find the website wasn't working and no one answered the phones for over an hour. When we finally got through we were told they shut down the online ordering on purpose because they got too busy. That shows you don't care about your customers. Try communicating your wait times in the future, allow ordering ahead of time so you can plan better and actually try to work with people trying to support you during the pandemic. I ordered the beef and chicken Fajitas and it didn’t come with any cheese or tortillas! I didn’t realize I had to request tortillas and cheese for fajitas, so I’m really disappointed. And then we ordered a chicken burrito smothered and it didn’t come smothered.
