I was asked to post this per Mr. Sal Oliveri. I am his nephew. It is to be known that this establishment is no longer owned or managed by Mr. Sal Oliveri. Any claims that Mr. Sal Oliveri is still the owner are false. Mr. Oliveri has worked hard to build his reputation and bring his patrons a great quality product. If you`re in the mood to be treated like junk -Go Here – The management has obviously loaded this thread with their own words. I went there last week and all of our dishes were served barely warm. When we complained, they just took the food and nuked it, making it soggy and not very tasty. We did have a good waitress but when I asked for the manager, he just blew us off. I`ll never go back and suggest you don`t either.

False advertising – Had a coupon from a coupon book I purchased. Never had a problem using any of the coupons at various restaurants and businesses. When I tried to use the coupon for Sal's they told me it was not any good. It was no expired and they wouldn't give any explanation. I left the restaurant never to come back. I filed a complaint with the BBB and Tenn. Dept of Consumer Affairs over this "false advertising". Sal's never responded back to either complaint. In other words if you have a coupon, drive on past. Sal's pizza MGMT – Before I start, i would like to thank everybody who participated in review section. Great Service, Awful food – Service from the young lady was excellent. The food was just awful. Calamari breading was falling off (if it were breaded at all. Sauce on Manicotti was just tomato paste. No seasoning. I will not come here again.

Terrific pizza and buffet – I've seen some of the other reviewers talk about the attitude at Sal's - while it is true that this restaurant is far too busy for casual "make nice" chitchat with the customers, I have consistently pleasant and EFFICIENT service at Sal's. But it is really the food that makes this place so great. I frequently call ahead to order a whole pie to take home. They are generous with their toppings and each pizza is of highest quality.
