It has BACON in the name. ......that makes it AWSOME!
Trivia night is fun. Drinks are OK. PA system is always too loud for Trivia, but better with the new guy. My group is really hoping for some new menu items. We are getting tired of the same things. Their specials are boring and not that special. Soups could have more variety and to be made better. Salads, meh! Love the fried Ruben wraps, but they have gotten smaller the last two months I've been there. Service has improved.
Business response:
The sound system is being worked on, and will be the best audio system around when completed. Our establishment has been under construction since June 2015 and is set for a Grand Re-Opening February 6th. Everything in between these dates has been a work in progress. Have you see our small plate menu as designed for the new Bourbon Street Bar addition? It might be the variety you are seeking. :)
Pro's: Endless Free Bacon, Karaoke, Trivia, and the food is pretty good. Con's: You can not split a bill. I went here for my birthday party and was told they will not split a bill for a table. We had 20 people so this was hard for us so since it was veteran's day and I had two Veteran's with me I ask for our 10% discount. It would have to be on the whole bill since you can't split it. All of what you were told was incorrect. Who was your waitress? We have the ability to do all of what you said. This was not a Saloon problem, this was a server who needs more training obviously. We will always make the customer happy to the best of our ability. We don't look to burn people, we look to make lasting friends. We are sorry for your poor experience.
