My first visit to this venue, nice stage and lighting. Ordered the black pepper bacon Rumaki. It was outstanding, I'll be back

I will want to return, as the food menu looked amazing. First time there and went to see the band Cherry Pie. Not sure if something can be changed up for bands, but sadly we ended up leaving way earlier than we planned. It was soooo crowded waited forever to get a drink, could not dance, people kept bumping into us.Twice got pushed while watching band at table and almost lost my glass of wine. We had an unexpectedly capacity crowd that night and although we are not complaining about it, we certainly learned from it. Next time we have the Pie to Saloon, (January 28, 2017) we will make sure to have plenty of space. Less tables. More servers. No seating. We want it to be fun for everyone! Sorry for your discomfort this last time.
Seriously.... It shouldn't take 25 minutes to even ORDER a drink! Bartenders were not responsive AT ALL! On the plus side, CHERRY PIE was great...

Not sure if we will agree on anything but Cherry Pie being great. Our staff ran without taking breaks for 5 straight hours. These are some of the best I've ever seen in the industry so to hear them called unresponsive makes me question why. Sorry for your frustration. We will work to improve for next time.
The place was overly packed and had an outrageous cover charge just to get in. The drinks are way overpriced and the bartenders were so rude and snotty and took over 30 minutes to get a drink. NEVER COMING BACK!!
I like meat. They have lots of tasty meat. Also beer is nice. Yay beer!

I dont seek out social media to discuss resturant reviews, but my recent experience at Saloon was incredibly disappointing. Myself and 3 other guests arrived and sat ourselves and waited for our server. A few other tables sat after us but we were last to be greeted. Being that I have been in the service industry for over 3 years, I can completely empathize with the servers. Amanda, you are so right! I am sure with your 5 years of service industry experience you know sometimes things happen beyond your control. You happened to come in at the end of those situations. What you didn't see was that our other side had just been crushed by a 40 person funeral that showed with no reservation and all ordered individually. Unless they know you....if I wrote the details of my experience there I would be banned from Facebook. Your wait staff and servers work their butts off. Owner is simply useless.
