I love Salone so much. The service is impeccable and the staff really work to accommodate. This place is classic... with so many salons out there I love that there’s a place in this dear city that just does cuts and color REALLY well, and treats you like a Queen. Amazing facials by Selena, the staff at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful, my daughter got a manicure and really enjoyed it also! Great place!
Where to begin with Megan... I had a haircut consistently botched and then went to Megan- she found a way to blend it in so I didn't lose my length (and made it look amazing) and over time fixed it entirely. My cut and color are ALWAYS exceptional. When I came in this last time, she just sensed how exactly I wanted my color switched up without me even knowing how to verbalize it properly. Her product knowledge has helped my skin and hair immensely as well. Thanks for always making me feel gorgeous!
I was a customer of Salone for 6 years. My daughter recently became engaged, so I called to schedule bridal party services for the wedding day. I had to leave a message...waited 2 weeks and got no response. I called last week and the woman who answered acted like she could care less about my questions or getting us scheduled. I chose another salon in town that has much better customer service and a stylist who is their designated wedding consultant. Very disappointing.
