First off. Ms Sandra is the sweetest and always working so hard when I come in. She has the best attitude and is so kind. Y’all need to pay her WELL. The store is always so clean and well stocked. Love this location!
I have been with salon centric for about 10 years or more. Ordering supplies have become a NIGHTMARE. They have constant turnovers of employees. Order are wrong. We rotate who picks up because we are not close to the salon. I have expressed this frustration and was told to contact customer support. I've tried shipping on the app, ordering in the app, calling the store to order, and tried the store shipping as I was suggested by a previous store manager.
