Great staff and costumer service.
Christy and the girls who work there are amazing. I read all this nonsense about picking up products for someone else, using their license is ridiculous, you can't, this has been their policy for years, stop making complaints. The girls don't make up the rules, corporate does, let the license holder make their purchase. I am sure the clients in your barber shops and salons have a lot of negative stories to say about you and your staff. Let your wife, friend, boss and whomever pick up their own products.... Period! I’ve been a loyal customer at SalonCentric for years, with my wife having an account there for a long time. Today, I went in to buy supplies for our barbershop, as we’ve done many times before. A little heavy set lady in her mid-30s to 40s with red / brunette hair refused to let me make a purchase because my wife wasn’t physically present, even though I had her ID, license, and proof of account.
