Amazing experience, everyone is so nice and the atmosphere is great. Lucy did so good and fixed my hair I had black box dye and she got it removed and mixed the prettiest most perfect brown i was looking for! (first photo is before, the next two are after!)
I booked a Healthy Restart with Silk press, and I was so disappointed with the overall service. My appointment was at 3:30, but it started around 15 minutes late. I know delays can happen, so I didn't think it was a huge deal, but I wish my appointment had started on time. Patricia began by detangling my hair before getting to the bowl. She very lightly sprayed my hair with what felt like water and began detangling with a wide tooth comb. This was a great experience! My hair has never looked so healthy, shiny, and bouncy. I did the Natural Hair Restart to prep my hair for the new year. Definitely will be returning to continue keeping track on my healthy hair journey.
