I decided at the last minute to get my hair cut, colored and highlighted. Since, I'm new to Arizona, I did my research on all sites and Salon VIP came up the the best reviews. Fortunately, for me, someone cancelled their appointment with Angel and let me tell you he did not disappoint. He listened to me and gave me an awesome color with highlights and a fantastic cut.
