When someone has an appointment to shave their head for a MEDICAL surgery and you deny them due to being FIVE minutes late. Wow! Such horrible customer service! SHAME ON YOU!!
loved it here, great reception, had Erin as my stylist, loved her, she knew exactly what I wanted and went all out to make sure my hair was perfect ❤️
I had extensions put in and after one week , they started falling out. I also was not satisfied with the extensions because after wearing them for a week I was unable to style my hair and they were just not the right fit for me. I called and was told if I came in that I could get a credit or something done to help. The salon owner when I came in told me that is not true and there was nothing she could do for me.
