Have got my haircut by Brittany 2 times now and i am very picky about getting my hair cut/trimmed etc. she is very professional and does exactly what you want. Hands of gold ! Thank you Salon Tressor

2 stars because the girl & staff were sweet, nice looking salon. My cut however - not sure what went wrong communication wise. Had to tell her that the face frame was completely uneven, the hair shorter than intended, darker too. Didn’t ask for layers in the back. SURPRISE layers in the back. For $200 on thin hair? Not even a discount offered. There’s other places who actually listen.

I called specifically asking for someone good with blowouts for curly hair. That’s not what I ended up with however all the stylists were beyond sweet and professional. Place is beautiful & clean. The owner didn’t acknowledge my existence even though I sat next to her for 3 hours. Forget about asking how my experience was as a first time client. She did greet her personal clients with a smile. Jen is an amazing stylist! She is very experienced and knowledgeable. My hair didn’t grow for years. She saved my hair with the way she colors and cuts it. She listens to what I want and makes it come out even better than I could have imagined. She is the best! I highly recommend her for all of your hair needs.
