My stylist is INCREDIBLE. The property management—not so much. I scheduled a 7a appointment, and when I arrived my stylist and I realized there was NO HOT WATER. My hair needs hot water to be properly cleaned. ALL black hair needs hot water to be cleaned. We waited over 45 minutes for lukewarm water.
