Terrible !!!!!! She did my hair before and it came out fine she did it again and half assed it when I paid for the SAME thing both times "partial highlights" and she left out pieces of my hair this time and it was NOT ashy blonde like I had ASKED for and got the last time it was golden. I came in to try and get it fixed and she was completely rude!!! And disrespectful!!!! Getting in my face and going back and forth with me ?! All she did was shampoo it ?! At Salon Sima, our ultimate goal is quality work and are sorry you are not happy with the results, although, we believe the blond transformation we did on your hair was stellar. Please know that if you are paying for partial hilites, you will get partial hilites, not full. If you would like to pay for full hilights, we can certainly accommodate that as well.

This place is amazing. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Sima is amazing and always makes you look fabulous. I've searched high and low for the prefect salon and since I found sima I couldn't be happier!
