I’ve tried giving this beauty supply store the benefit of the doubt, but after showing up on three separate occasions and having to wait 20–30 minutes past their posted opening time, I’m beyond frustrated. My time (and gas) isn’t free, and being offered free delivery as a “makeup” for the delay doesn’t help when I’ve already wasted both getting there and sitting around. Called to on the way to the store as I was driving, to check they would be kind to let me run in as soon as I got there. No help at all. Literally pulled up right at 5 and were already closed. I understand they close at 5 but very frustrating when you call ahead and am only told they are not obligated to stay open late. No kindness at all from a customer service standpoint. It was a gentleman who answered the phone but didn't catch his name. Will definitely be reaching out to corporate.
