I made a 12:00 appointment only to arrive at 1205 to be told it's going to be a while if you'd like to go to target or something. Apparently he had been doing a color repair since 9 am that he wasn't expecting to take this long. A simple phone call to reschedule would have been the polite thing to do. RUDE!! I was still not started by 1:00 so I left. Very poor customer service.
