What can't Rebecca do? She's done my full rainbow twice, bright blue tips, pastel metallic rainbow, and random color splashes. Each time I set down in her chair, I leave with the hair that causes me to be bombarded with compliments. I came in today to see Jenny to tone down my hair and start the process of getting it back to my natural color. She did great! I will be back in 2 months for the next round!!!
As an active Army wife it's hard to find a good hair stylist and return to them when you move every 3 to 5 years. I'm glad I looked through Google and found Salon Prodigy.
