Simple complaints are gossiped about and treated very poorly in resolution. They cancled retouching up my roots they failed to do the first time because they misunderstood a complaint and gossiped. Jaqueline has zero efficiency in getting back to you and when she did because she didn't like a complaint she took back her offer to redo them. Way overpaid, was not notified the price was going up or what color was going into my hair. I walked in there with some bad color and without costing me a fortune they put a toner on it and I feel like what I was supposed to walk out of the first salon amazing the lady that did my hair her name was Crystal I will be back
I'm from out of town and so thankful I found Crystal! She patiently listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond what I could imagine! I cannot recommend her enough! She is funny, fabulous and a master at her craft! Thank you Crystal!

After several failed attempts of finding a stylist that I was happy with, I found Heidi. She is amazing! My cut and color couldn't be better. Heidi is professional, caring and funny. If you need someone who really listens, give her a call. You won't be disappointed!

Crystal is great. I have been searching for someone who can cut my hair for 2 years and now I have finally found her. I have thin wavy hair and have trouble with my hair being cut unevenly and she nailed it. I am so glad I found her.
