I worked with Nic today and he was fantastic. I had gotten a hair cut the day prior at a different salon and hated it, and he was able to get me in last minute. He was very thorough, looking at my hair texture and weight, seeing how close we could get me to what I was wanting. He answered my questions and used products based on how I said my hair reacts to what I've used before. My hair ended up looking worlds better than it did before. Very happy with it.
