Got a haircut after a long time and Cait was so wonderful and did an amazing job with my kind of wavy hair. I wasn’t super sure what I wanted but she helped me figure it out and took time to educate me on how to style and what products to use and my hair came back to life. She listened to all of my many questions and I appreciate her amazing work and sharing her knowledge of hair types and care. I’m so happy with how my haircut turned out and it’s so much easier to style now. Thanks so much Cait!
The staff was friendly and the facilities were warm and welcoming. Nicole was attentive and made sure I was pleased with the results and that the cut I received was something I could manage at home and I knew what products were used on me and the benefits of each. Highly recommend!
Worst hair cut ever. I don’t understand why she wouldn’t just say that she doesn’t know how to use a trimmer for cutting someone’s hair, why put it in the options at all. She didn’t even do basic cleanup after. My mistake was to ask her for a taper haircut (sides,back). Her movements with the trimmer made me realize she was doing it for the first time. This is my first appointment and Kyra was so kind and talented! i just wanted to freshen up my blonde for summer and she did an amazing job and stress free. Walked me through the process and was overall very time efficient. The salon environment itself is very clean and bright which is always refreshing. Offered snacks and drinks as well! I will be coming back. Thanks salon prisma!
My second cut here, with Jackie this time. She’s so kind ~ I walked in and shared I’m having a really rough month and she’s been warm, educating me on some changes with this cut, and gently guiding my “I trust you” to ensure I feel good about things.
