In my experience with this place, my appointment turned into a consultation, and that was it. While talking with the hairstylist, he went on to look at examples of what I was interested in for a haircut and made judgments on my interest as if that example looks like someone who is a Karen and who votes red. Very unprofessional. In my opinion, he seemed to me that he was an LGBTQ person that is a hard-core liberal. Jackie did a caramel foilayage on my hair and also gave me a haircut. I absolutely loved the whole process and the end result was above my expectation. Highly recommend Jackie for all hair needs. Update: Went back for a haircut. Keiahna was fantastic. She was very attentive and super sweet. I left with the exact cut I wanted. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend.
