I came in for a corrective relaxer and left loving the results. A week later I wash my hair at home to see that their corrective didn't take. Called and they said they weren't responsible but I could come in and they'd take a look. Went back to the salon and they continued to say that they weren't responsible for the unprocessed portions of my hair.
