I drove over an hour this morning for my appointment. What a great experience to walk in 15 minutes early to be told by the front desk girl "oh was just going to email you that your stylist just called in sick. I am more that happy to reschedule you just not today". Obviously getting new clients is not a priority and due to this I will NEVER go there.
Rindy is one of the best stylist I’ve ever been to! Also super sweet personality! I highly recommend her!
I love that I feel welcome and Laura Jill is amazing! I trust her with my hair and I love that I can give her creative freedoms with just a general idea of what I want and she makes it amazing!
