I made an appointment with jocelyne over Facebook she agreed to time and date as did I. 15 mins before appointment said a client came late and she was cancelling my appointment. First time customer and will never return. That's terrible service when I'm honoring my appointment time but someone that broke theirs gets in and caused mine to be cancelled really and a 15 min notice when I was already at the salon �
Shonique is the only stylist who has dyed my hair where it felt healthier afterward. Plus she has a great personality!
Love the salon. Shonique is an expert in every type of hair. She takes the time to find out what you want and goes out of her way to please. The shop is immaculate and very comfortable. So glad to have found her.
