This was a horrible experience. The hairdressers were unfriendly and made me very uncomfortable. Long story short, was supposed to get blonde highlights to correct brassy blonde hair. Prior to appointment, this was agreed upon but when I saw Carole after 30 minutes, she said I needed a "treatment" and glaze and I could foil in a month. I had my hair done two weeks ago and it was the first time in years that I had cut my hair. So I was nervous to say the least. I chose to see Carol based on the reviews I had read and honestly they don't do her justice. This was the most outstanding salon experience I have ever had. She was so wonderful and personal and honest I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Carole does absolutely incredible work! She truly is an artist and has mastered hair. She completely saved my hair from a treacherous color experience (that I received at a Salon on Newbury Street in Boston). Carole listens to what you want and makes it happen. She took her time to fix the mess my hair was in and I couldn't be more thankful for her. I would recommend Carole to anyone.

I live in Las Vegas, originally from Worcester. A while back I was home for an extended stay, and needed my hair done. I am very particular about my hair and I bravely made an appointment at this lovely salon...simply because it was so beautifully done...I have had my hair worked on in New York, Los Angles and currently Las Vegas...and there is not a stylist who has done a better job than this gal....the cut, the color was fantastic! Fantastic! – I visited this salon for the first time yesterday and haven't stopped smiling since. Based on other stunning reviews I decided to drive the 1 1/2 hours from my hometown for a haircut and color. I was absolutely thrilled with the experience, color and cut. The best in Massachusetts. Move over Newbury Street salons – Having not cut my hair for over three years, I was in dire need of a new look. I cried with joy after my makeover with Nina. In addition to the incredible cut and color, the experience at Nina Raffaella made me feel like I was “at home.” They offer TOP of the line service (Newbury Street/Manhattan) without the pretentiousness. a totally valuable experience! – Nina Raffaella is a consummate visual artist with hair. She is sincere, modest and very considerate. She takes her time to give you the best color and haircut that she can. I've been to salons in NYC, Newbury Street and Cambridge. I've been to at least a dozen places in Worcester too. Simply wonderful – I have been a customer for almost a year and I was thrilled with the service and cut at my first visit. Over time, Nina suggested variations in color that were lovely and, most recently, a change in style. Since I have had my hair cut and colored there, I have received so many compliments. Great place – I have been to every salon in the city. First time at this salon. It is a pearl in an oyster. The oyster being Green St. Nina was precise and methodical in the cut she gave me. She is humble and talented. I wanted the kind of cut I would never have to comb and I got it. You know you got a good cut when they are blow drying your hair all over the place and it still looks good. It is was a tasteful experience opposed to the run of the mill chop shops.
