Very Professional and Attractive Atmoshphere – I was quite shocked when I read some of the reviews as I am a weekly patron that uses the salon for many services like hair and nails. eeek – NO star rating from me either. I had a mid-length curly bob when I went to the salon a few months back, that I wanted to continue growing out, but I wanted a bit of a tidy up, a trim and some conditioning - that was it. As having very thick curly hair I've experienced some awful cuts in the past and thought the ladies at this salon wouldn’t mess up my hair. Forget it. Don't go there! Not a happy customer, Not going back – I regret not doing some research on the Salon before going because it was just as everyone described it. Some of the staff are rude, i am not sure if it is owned by friends but the time I was there it was a social gathering like someone already said. I did not like my hair. not going back – How I wish I had looked up this place before going. I got my hair done here about 2 weeks ago while in the area and was attracted by the bright setting and pretty decorations. The stylist who attended to me was quite snotty and more concerned about her discussion with her friends who were casually there. Did not like hair or nails :( – I went to this place to color my hair and i hated it. My hair color washed off in a matter of a week. The manicure was equally as bad. Everyone that saw it told me it was a horrible job and I also felt like I got nothing for what I had paid. I actually went here because my mother used to go to duby's new image when it was still in existence and always came back looking good but I think the salon is now under new management and the name is changed. I did not enjoy my experience – Very bad experience with these people. I do not see the business being around for a long time if they continue like this. Customer satisfaction is not something they strive to attain. They only want your money!!! I will be telling everyone around not to do business with these people because no one should have to pay for LESS THAN mediocre work.

I will not return. – The salon's decor is what brought me to them. I passed by the salon and thought it looked nice so I made an appointment. I was very disappointed, the management was poor and the cut was just okay. I left the salon looking very similar to how I went in. I don't think the stylist was listening because she was to busy joking around with her friends who were just hanging out in there, which made me very uncomfortable. This is more of a hang out spot than a salon. No thanks.

In response. – This is in response to the few reviews on this site who expressed that they had a negative experience at Salon Natasha. In no way do we want anyone to feel this way about any of our stylists or nail techs. We don't not recall these instances happening but we fully apologize. We have not had any direct complaints expressed to us and would liked the opportunity to rectify the situation before anyone has such a experience. Anyone who comes to Salon Natasha please know you receive 100% from each of us.

Terrible experience – I paid alot to get my hair done and it looked like something my 4 year old would have done. They lack experience and need some professional training. Wouldn't recommend
