Moscow is the best -- hands down! Moscow's been coloring and cutting (more like sculpting ;-) my hair for at least 15 yrs. Even after moving out to the 'burbs of NJ, I couldn't cut myself off...I've only strayed twice for convenience and each time Moscow had to save my hair.. My husband even travels 60 blocks North to have his haircut as he can't find anyone who can manage his thick locks. Try him - you'll love him!

What a great time! – My hair used to be a complete mess on a daily basis, a friend of mine told me to go to Salon Moscow... and WOW I'm definitely glad that i listened to her. The boss of the place, nicknamed Moscow, and the other stylists took me in and completely changed who I was, i can honestly say that I fell in love with my new hair-do. Best Color, Cut, Blowout in my ENTIRE LIFE – I wanted a change for the fall and Moscow changed my color and I look "terrific"..it's the perfect color..Only time I have ever been completely satisfied with hair color is when Moscow does my hair..I am a customer for life.

Good enough for TV ! – When Salon Moscow first opened, I lived in the neighborhood and was looking for a reasonably-priced Salon specializing in highlights...and I found it!!! I have since moved twice, but ALWAYS return to Moscow! The service is so friendly, everyone is always happy to be at work there, and the results are unbelievable. 15-plus years and I'm well over 18 but... – The day I found Moscow, he was working at a salon in my then-neighborhood. I was told by staff that he was the best. They were absolutely right and I've followed him ever since. Originally, he took my over-colored and too- dark tresses to the color I was meant to have, at a leisurely pace that was kind to my hair. 11 Years--and I'm only 18! – I first went to see Moscow when I was in second grade. Eleven years later, I still come home to get a haircut from Moscow, even though I'm a student at Yale, which is 75 miles away. He cuts my hair perfectly every time, and he's never without a smile or a story. Moscow is definitely worth a try--once he cuts your hair, you won't want anyone else to!

Great Haircuts on the Upper East Side – Moscow and his employees are all great at their craft. The haircuts are the best because they listen to the clients and talk you through the cuts. I am always happy when I leave.

Loyal customer for 8 years - now that's commitment! – A friend referred me to Moscow 8 years ago and I haven't let anyone else touch my hair since. When I moved to Connecticut for one year, I still came back into the city for him to cut my hair. He is patient and works with you to get the style you want. The ideal salon – I have known Moscow for over ten years, and would not let anyone else cut my hair. He not only understands the stuff on my head, he also understands the stuff in my head. He is remarkably smart, witty, deft and accommodating. And, of course, he is a virtuoso at his craft. Did I say craft? I should have said art! And his new salon is perfect.
