I recently moved to the Lake Stevens area and needed a haircut for an interview the following day. I was able to schedule an appointment for the same day (online....very convenient!) Cami did a great job giving me a new hairstyle, and tips that would give me the professional look I needed to interview with confidence.

This was my first time at Salon Michelle. Michelle was recommended by a family member after I complained about a previous haircut I'd gotten at a different salon. I was disappointed that Michelle was not available but reluctantly made an appointment with Amber. I was a bit nervous after having a bad experience somewhere else. My new style is just what I have always wanted. I came here for a bob because I heard that having one made faced appear slimmer. The owner informed me that with the shape of my jaw that having a bob would make my face look even bigger. She suggested a different cut and I followed her advice and it is gorgeous. I know that if I went to another salon they would have just done the bob and it would have been awful. Thank you salon Michelle for saving my hair from being slaughtered and giving me the best hairstyle of my life.

A + SERVICE!! I have been so very happy and delighted with the service, care and staff there that I would HIGHLY recommend this salon to EVERYONE!!! ALL the staff is so wonderful and polite, always clean stations as well as they have this wonderful new appointment reminder system so I don't forget my appointments, (It sends me a text on my cell as a reminder a day before)... yay!!! Thanks for a Great Visit this weekend, Got the Gel nails polish done and I'm loving it, Dishes, yard work and my nails still look like I just got them done :)
