It'd been three weeks since my LAST threading with my usual 'eye brow' threader, but decided to place $$ in Tosa small business owners, instead of Brookfield. Whist Jay was nice, her approach to my light, eyebrows was to instead almost eradicate the brow! Indeed, i paid for the service, but I was behooved by her suggestion of a few untruths. She didn't take any responsibility, and when I got home, took a closer look at my eyebrow assault. The hair will grow back, but that's NOT the point. The point is this, she's incompetent... read more

I've been going here for years, throughout different locations and iterations of the Salon and I've always ALWAYS had great experiences. Whether it was threading or haircuts, I've loved the quality of my service as well as the outcome of the service. Their new salon location is INCREDIBLE as well. Love, love, LOVE!!
Brand New facility - very earthy and amazing service. Threading lady was very professional. They also offer Massage - and Facials - have to try it soon. Will be back for sure.
Continued success to Jagruti, as she opens her new salon, love having her shape my eyebrows, her threading technique is second to none. I highly recommend her, she is kind, professional, and does an awesome job threading eyebrows, giving them shape, less painful than waxing!
Jay trimmed and toned my balayage hair just the way I wanted to, and Jagu did an incredible job on my brows - what a perfectionist! Will definitely be coming back
