Skye and Jennifer are amazing! I called late on a Tuesday. Jennifer immediately picked up the phone and helped me fix my daughter’s fashion color mistake that a different salon had made. She gave me 4 appointment options the very next day. Skye was able to correct my daughter’s hair and gave us an even better result!! My daughter text me and said, ‘I never want to go anywhere again except Salon Mariposa!’ Thank you Skye and Jennifer!!
First time been to salon mariposa, my daughter asked to get one small section of her colored. Which we needed to bleach first. The hair dresser was friendly and did what my child asked for. My only disappointment was price too high for not even full hair or partial done for such high price . only one section of her hair cost me $210 too high. for price that on website indicates partial $80-95.
Miss Jen is Fantastic! I was looking for a new hairdresser after a poor experience with my old salon. I tried calling a couple of salons, but they only had an online form they said you would receive a response within 24 hours or less. I NEVER received responses from these other 'high-end' salons. I'm not looking for that level of customer service, or lack thereof. I have long, fine hair. Some hairdressers don't have great experience with this combo. This may be a long read....Booked an appt with Phaleasha for March 2nd @11. This was booked in the salon, by Phaleasha back on January. I received a text on Feb 23 confirming appt. It was a week out , I did not respond right away, on March 1st, another confirmed text; responded with a "C" for confirmation . Response back " they cant wait to see me" This morning I walk in, sit and wait because I do not see Phaleasha.
