Overall the experience was not worth the price. They overcharged us, made the bride feel terrible on her special day for a small delay. They had plenty of time to tell us day of that they would charge an extra $285 for not doing anything. We had booked 6:30-12:30, and they finished at 12:15 and complained that because they started late that they needed to be paid more.
