Appointment was for 4PM. They still hadn’t taken my daughter at 4:45! They didn’t apologize or try to explain so I left and took her to another salon. Never again!

I Do NOT recommend this place I brought my niece for a Haircut and it was the worst haircut ever!!!! And they charge $50 for each haircut for a 12 year old girl

We are sorry you claim to have had a bad experience, but I went all the way back to the beginning of January, and can not find a name that I don't recognize for a $50 haircut. Would you privately provide us with this name, or tell us publicly what date you brought her in.
I went here last week based on all the great reviews. I had an appointment with the owner. I got lost and was 10 mins late. They made me wait 40 mins. They took so long with my hair I most got a parking ticket. They made my roots much too bright and after being there almost 2.5 hours they wanted me to stay even longer to fix it.
