Idrona made my first experience with her at salon lofts absolutely awesome! She is prompt, professional, and pleasant on top of being talented ,10 out of 10 for sure. I highly recommend.
Highly recommend. The people here are nice and welcoming. The facility is clean inside and out. The area is nice. I recently went here to get a haircut from an outstanding barber who goes by the name Brooklyn Ben. Look him up and book a cut. You'll thank me later.
Had an appointment scheduled at 1:00 pm with Jenni Styles. While on my way to my appointment, she sends me a text at 12:20 pm to say she wouldn’t be done with her current client until 3pm therefore would have to cancel my appointment. So, she just canceled my appointment. She didn’t have the decency to tell me sooner than this. Was leaving for a trip the next day and had to scramble around to find someone at the last minute.
