I professional. Stylist JulieAnn never showed. When I texted her (after standing outside for 20 min & rang bell, texted 2x, & called 2x) about missing appointment, all she did was make excuses & try to blame me. No receptionist. Multiple signs not to knock or ring doorbell more than once. So if you want to stand on BR Avenue, freezing, & hope your stylist lets you in or is even there, try this horrible place.
