I love this place - Amy is incredible with color. However, every time I try to make an appointment no one ever answers the phone. Over the past two days, I have called over a dozen times. I left a message, and no one has called me back. My sister had the same problem trying to schedule her appointment. I love, love, love Amy - my favorite colorist ever, but I wish they would answer their phone.
I moved to Lake Charles about 8 months ago. I was so afraid I wouldn't find someone who could really help me with my hair, but,Emily Gentry Spears has given me the most cooperative styling my ornery grey hair has ever had! Love this place and Emily is awesome!
