I am sorry we weren't able to help you. We just did not feel comfortable trying to remove over the counter Splat color from your hair after you had prelightened it yourself. I read reviews and the things I read, lead me to believe it would be to damaging on your hair to try to lighten it again. I apologize for the inconvenience but we would rather loose business by not doing it then you loose hair BC we did. I wish you well in all your endeavors..
