I waited a long time to write this because I wanted to make sure I was honest and not just riding emotions. Overall I didn’t have a great experience with this salon. TLDR; Roberta was confident as a stylist but didn’t listen to me, didn’t work with me or consult me. She lied about costs and time lines and never once apologized for her misleading. Great salon experience every time - all the ladies at the salon are very friendly and extremely talented. I have been going to Cathy for several years-she is the best! She always takes time to discuss services and what the clients expectations are - she is a wonderful stylist!!!
