I have been coming here for a couple years now. Yesterday my usual stylist was out so I sat with Allison and had the best hair cut of my life! She was polite, gentle, and gave me a great cut! I was having an extremely stressful day, and she must have sensed that . No idle small talk, just kept it relaxing and polite. Her hair washing was on point and immediately relieved my tension headache allowing me to enjoy my visit. Made an appointment for balayage for my daughter. I run out of my job to Sylvania to pick up my daughter then to Perrysburg to make this 4:00 appointment I did call and tell them I was running behind -no problem . Get there we are told we have to reschedule because we were late and because who they scheduled us with didn’t do balayage on boxed hair color... ummmm why could this have not been addressed while I was making the appointment and not after I drove like an idiot to make this appointment .... ridiculous... rude custo... read more
