Twice my reservation has been "lost". This time I went online, made the appointment, entered my credit card, was given confirmation of date and time of my appointment, I wrote it down in my planner before closing the browser. Upon arrival, I sat in the chair at the front for 21 minutes before someone came out (receptionist) to ask me if she could help me. I had my haircut by Suggie and i love it!! She knew exactly how i wanted it and everything. Its hard to find stylist who can work with Asian hair!! I would definitely go to her again!! Highly recommend her as your stylist.
