I had an absolutely lovely experience with my stylist, William. From start to finish of my service, William was kind, professional, and engaging. I am very very thrilled with my cut. I'm always wary of the stylist taking artistic license to cut off a few inches more than I asked for in the name of health of my hair. I had my first haircut in almost 2 1/2 years. I was very nervous since my hairs very long, curly and thick. In the past some salons have overcharged and underperformed, but not Courtney at Salon Fringe! Courtney was incredibly friendly, sweet and did I mention how talented she is? She gave me a fabulous blowout and trim, helped de-bulk my hair, and made me feel like a movie star by the time I got out of her chair. Always a wonderful experience. I always walk out feeling beautiful and love the way I look and feel. Amazing products!! Excellent customer service. You will feel special when you are at Salon Fringe.
First off, my only complaint is that I arrived five minutes early for my appointment and had to wait a significant amount of time to actually have my hair cut. Not a huge deal though, since my hairdresser was with another client. It must have just run late. Other than that I was super happy with everything! Justin has been doing my hair for over 12 years and I have never once been disappointed by him or any of the staff at salon fringe. They are incredibly friendly, genuinely care for their clients, and know all there is to know about hair and the products to use! I travel all the way back from Florida just to have my hair done here, and I can honestly say I love everything about salon fringe!
