Cynthia was a great stylist, and environment was great, but the longer she was our stylist, the more mistakes she made. When she didn't at all deliver on what was wanted, we reached out to try to make it right, but she decided she no longer wanted to be our stylist because her "feelings were hurt" and wouldn't admit any wrong doing over messing up what should've been a simple ombre.

Had a cut and color by Shelby. My color looks fantastic. She knows I have thinning issues with my hair, and she cut and styled my hair to accommodate thinning.
Today was my first experience with Salon Exclusive and I’m totally impressed! It’s sweet and cozy and everyone is super nice. They were so patient with my toddler who kept running around and making everyone laugh. Jennifer did amazing with my tired, wiggly little man. She did a fantastic job through it all! Can’t wait to come back next time for myself!

I cannot say enough about how awesome this salon is!!! The owners are caring and the staff is friendly. To list a few things I believe that sets them apart from others are, attention to details, excellent customer service, and the quality of work. Cythian is the lady who went over and beyond to turn my hair from brunette to blond! That takes effort, time, patience, and most importantly years of experiences and skills! This was my first time going to the salon.Shelby did a great job of adding in the fall colors I wanted with my natural hair color. My hair feels so fresh and looks great. Just a little bit of pop to change it up. It is exactly what I wanted!!!
