I had great expectations, but was very disappointed with the management, customer service and the staff's lack of product knowledge. I will not be returning and will be sure to tell all of my friends to steer clear.
I had a Brazilian blowout and it washed off in a day. I totally got ripped off. I had it done at Blond salon and spa and my hair was straight for 3 months. Do not get a brazilian blowout at salon elements
This is for the Salon Elements in Killeen off of clear creek. I went in for a trim and told the blond lady to cut the split ends off. I like having long hair so I told her to keep my length as much as possible. She cut my hair with un even layers un blended layers I looked like I had a bad hair extension job done in my hair. Not the best or worst haircut I have had. $35 and it took about a hour. Was not thrilled.
The hair cut was okay. The hairstylists bad mouth their clients too much. I will be going somewhere else next time

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. The lady I got, did NOT listen to what I wanted. Instead, I got something completely different. I rate this - The worst in Texas! serious
This is the best salon in Killeen! When I moved here I went to several salons trying to find a good sylist. When I came upon Elements by chance, I was so happy. The salon is at a convenient location and has a peaceful upscale environment. Grace, the owner is a wonderful soft spoken lady with expertise in all sorts of hair and styles and trained with Vidal Sasson. I love this place!
very comfortable, friendly upscale. I loved my cut and highlights will be a loyal client from now on!!
